How it works
- Choose Improvements: Identify the services and updates that will add the most value to your home and plan your budget accordingly.
- Partner With Your Agent: Your Compass agent will guide you through hiring trusted contractors and vendors to complete the work.
- List Your Home: Once your upgrades are finished, your home will be listed on the market to attract buyers.
- Pay Later: Payment for services and applicable fees* is deferred until one of the following occurs: your home sells, your listing agreement with Compass ends, or 12 months have passed since your Concierge start date. Terms and availability vary by market.
